The weather clears , and the Chain Gang begins to make daily forays into the backyard. Uncle Bismarck is the designated babysitter. He loves puppies, because puppies chase you; and Biz loves to be chased! By the end of the week all can go down the deck stairs by themselves (in some fashion or another) and a couple can make it back up by themselves.
They graduate from gruel to whole kibble softened in water, anticipate with glee the stainless steel flying saucers that bring the meal to the floor, and about 15 seconds after landing the bowls are clean.
We take bets on first ear up (Traci wins with Mr. Multi). Unbeknownst to them, they have a big week coming up — first vet visit.
