Show Titles: generally listed before a dogs registerd name

CH: When seen in front of the name means the dog has completed the requirements to be a CONFORMATION CHAMPION

GV: Grand Vitor/Victrix is a title given out to recognize the #1 top achievement in conformation for a particular year

NS: National Select is a title given out to recognize top achievement in conformation for a particular year

b: Has achieved CH requirements to be a Breed Champion

a: Has achieved CH status with ARBA

r: Has achieved CH status with Rarities/NAKC

Working Dog, Temperament and Breeding Titles: generally listed after a dogs registerd name

CGC: AKC Canine Good Citizenship Certification

TT: Adult Temperament Test Certification

TDI: Therapy Dog International Certification

Cinder was our breeder's pick of the Samson/ Calypso breeding, Stardust's Wish Upon A Star. She was a big girl from the beginning with a calm, loving temperament and the only dual in the litter. The clincher was the day that Traci slipped and fell climbing into the litter x-pen. Five puppies ran to the opposite side, Yellow Girl ran directly to Traci licking and kissing her to see if she was all right. She was Traci's girl from then on.

At five months she tops the scales at 70 lbs, with beautiful side movement. Showing throughout late Spring and Summer 2008 in the 3-6 month puppy class she has amassed seven Puppy Best in Shows. She has a lot of growing and maturing ahead of her before passing final health certifications at 24 months that will determine her qualification for breeding. However, we are cautiously optimistic she will be an outstanding show champion in her own right, carrying forward the tradition of the Stardust lines.

The name?

It took 3 tries for the Caly-Sam breeding to take, so we were really wishing by the third attempt. Cinder, a play on words – her coat coloring and of course Cinderella , Traci's favorite fairy tale character.
